Abstract

The main objective of this research is to gain understanding and analyze various aspects which include: (1) Leadership, (2) Empowerment, (3) Performance, and (4) The impact of Leadership and Empowerment on the performance of Employees at PT Citra Teknik Medika in Bandung City. This analysis will consider both simultaneous and partial influence. For this study, a descriptive survey and an explanatory survey were employed as research methods. The unit of analysis for this study is the employees of PT Citra Teknik Medika in Bandung, with a sample size of 33 individuals. The investigation type falls under causality, and the time frame for this study is cross-sectional in nature.

After analyzing the study's findings, it was discovered that the employees of PT Citra Teknik Medika in Bandung City had varied opinions on leadership. Most employees responded positively, while the overall empowerment within the organization can be deemed less satisfactory. In terms of performance, the employees of PT Citra Teknik Medika showed a positive trend. The study also revealed that leadership and empowerment have a combined influence on employee performance. However, when examined separately, leadership was found to have a greater impact on performance compared to empowerment.

Considering that Empowerment holds a greater influence over performance, it should be regarded as the foremost priority when aiming to enhance overall performance. Therefore, it is strongly advised that employees of PT Citra Teknik Medika in Bandung City maintain a steadfast commitment to actively engaging in the ongoing empowerment initiatives. By doing so, they will be better equipped to carry out their work in a more proficient and professional manner.
