Abstract

The main objective of the analysis is to provide the influence of leadership style approaches and work motivation on employee productivity at PT Yusen Logistics Indonesia. The study involved 145 staff members, with a sample size of 106 participants determined using the Slovin formula. Using quantitative methods, data was collected through surveys filled out by respondents, and data was collected using a Likert scale and analyzed through SPSS version 26 software. Findings from the analysis revealed important and substantial correlations between leadership approaches (X1) and job requirements (X2) as well as the effectiveness of staff (Y). It was further indicated that the impact of leadership style (X1) and work motivation (X2) on staff performance (Y) was measured as significant.
